As a school nurse, use the Recurring Passes feature to set up daily passes for all of your students who have scheduled medications. This allows students to show their pass to the teacher and discretely head down to the office for their daily medication.

How to set up

1. Coordinate with the staff at the Nurse's office to create a room called Nurse.
2. For each of their students with daily or weekly medications, have them create a recurring pass at a scheduled time.
3. Voilà! Now, your staff and students will get reminders when a student has to leave class
