Your teachers and building leaders are looking for solutions that help make student movement safer, easier, and less stressful.

You’ve been invited to visit this resource page for administrators because there is a movement in your district to adopt SmartPass, the leading digital hall pass and student movement system in education.

Your team has done the work to review options, and they want you to have the information you need to help make an informed decision.

What’s Included?
SmartPass has it all-in-one. Manage hall passes, ID Cards, advisory periods, pull-out interventions, tardy & early dismissals, preventing bathroom meetups, instant emergency lockdowns, prom & event tickets, cafeteria check-ins, daily nurse medication appointments, counseling sessions, and so much more.
What Are the Benefits?
As a district leader, you recognize that what benefits you most is that which benefits your teams. Here are a few ways districts partnering with SmartPass see immediate and lasting benefits:
Reduce Chaos in School Hallways:
Your team can set limits on locations to reduce crowding and cool off building ‘hot spots.’ Block meetups to prevent unsafe or non-compliant meet-ups.
Create Operational Efficiency in an Area Notorious for Being Anything but Streamline:
SmartPass simplifies the entire hall pass process, without compromising on safety, security, or flexibility. Staff are getting time back in their day, every day.
Easy, Simple Implementation:
SmartPass has mastered the implementation process, enabling schools to implement quickly and confidently, while knowing they have free training and ongoing support throughout the year.
Focus on Learning, Not Logistics:
Give your teams simple, safe digital IDs, easy and accessible flex time scheduling, emergency hall-pass lockdown and check-ins…all built in.
Maximize Instructional Time:
Empower your teachers to reduce distractions and limit out-of-class time all so that they can easily gain back instructional time.
Maintain Equitable Support for All Students, Each in Their Own Way:
Ensure each school is able to fully support students with special needs and accommodations.
Analyze What’s Happening and Why:
Use real-time and ongoing data to gain deeper, more actionable insight into building traffic patterns. Help your building leaders achieve immediate and lasting improvements.
Most importantly….give your building leaders, teachers, and staff a huge win. Everyone benefits from quieter hallways, more informed monitoring, and tools that simultaneously promote student safety and student agency.

"We considered other solutions, but SmartPass blew the competition out of the water in terms of ease-of-use, features, and support."
Alexis Goodwin
Principal at a Washington Public School District
Is it Secure?
We uphold strict data privacy standards to safeguard your school's and students’ information, ensuring confidentiality and protection.

SmartPass does not provide tracking; there is no ability to pinpoint a student location. That said, the system does give administration, faculty, and staff better insight into whether students are in class or have been approved to be elsewhere.
