When your school is setting up SmartPass, you might create a lot of fake passes to test different scenarios. You can wipe these passes from the SmartPass system easily.
Using your admin account, go to Explore → Passes page. Select a few passes that you wish to delete, Press the three dots in the top right corner, and press delete.
Deleted passes can't be restored after 90 days. If you'd like to restore passes before 90 days, please contact us.
