When making a Pass, a Student may want to schedule a meeting with a Teacher or need to be in a room at a certain time at a later date. To do this, Students click the Future button in the Create Pass area, select the date and time that they would like the Pass to start, then fill out the rest as normal.
Once done, the Pass will either go to the Schedule Pass section or to the Requests area if the Destination was Restricted.
Once a Pass is in the Schedule Pass section it will start automatically once the time arrives. If a Student has their notification setting for Schedule Passes is enabled, they will also get a notification reminding them that their Pass has started or a reminder a few minutes before it will start.
When a students has a Scheduled Pass that they have created, they have the option of canceling it. By clicking the Pass tile followed by the trash icon and then the "Delete Scheduled Pass" option from the drop down, the Schedule Pass will be canceled.
If there is a Scheduled Pass that was sent to a Students by a Teacher, the Student will not be able to cancel it. If it does need to be canceled, the Student will need to contact the Teacher who sent it to them so that they can Cancel it.
