How to prevent this issue as an administrator

If students and teachers are using managed devices through Google Suite for Education, you can manually allow the third-party cookies we need to sign in through Google.

Use the G Suite for Education admin console to find the cookie user OU setting:

Then add accounts.google.com to the allow cookies for URL patterns setting.
